NOTES: SERVICE TIP: When making adjustments to Gas Springs only -The RPI Spring Tool has special markings right on the tool itself to help you make tension adjustments to the Gas Springs. These markings indicate the maximum distance you should insert and turn the Spring Tool. Using these markings when making adjustments can help you avoid a potential jam. In addition, if you reach these markings and the Gas Springs do not respond, then the Gas Springs must be replaced. (Important: These markings are not intended for use with Mechanical Springs.) |

If you miss the 2pm cutoff, don't worry... your part will ship out the following business day!
How will I know when you shipped my order?
Your account will be updated as soon as your order processes and an email will automatically go out. If you do not receive that shipment notice by the end of the following business day, you should check your spam folder and/or simply return to our site and log into your account.
Will you ship orders outside of the United States?
No, sorry! We do not export parts at the moment. We are currently working to change this limitation, expect to have it resolved soon.
